About World Education
WorldEducation is a Texas-based online education company.
We built a large orchestration and integration platform for 200+ partner shops, 4 LMS systems, CRM, payment systems, and several other third-party services.
The platform also exposes API for several educational aggregator platforms.
It automates the full workflow of student educational activity: course applications, enrollments, course completion, and reporting to interested parties.
PROBLEM, CHALLENGE
Too many systems, too much manual coordination
The customer needed a better way to manage many software platforms from one preferred system: CRM.
The challenge became bigger as the business grew, adding new universities, students, partners, and stores.
Some third-party APIs were very unstable. They could slow down, fail, or stop responding.
That instability could not be allowed to break student workflows, partner operations, or university reporting.
HOW WE HELPED SOLVE THE PROBLEM
We analyzed the existing workflows in detail.
Then we designed and built an orchestration software package that automates essential tasks across the customer's business.
The system lets the staff work from a single platform they know well, while the orchestration layer handles synchronization in the background.

Using EDC, we identified the most critical integration points and the most failure-prone API flows.
